UnionOfSkills.com exists to make Europe’s skills agenda approachable and connect it with practical questions about learning and participation. It is an independent initiative by Projekta, primarily for educators, youth workers, trainers, volunteers and organisations supporting learners. People exploring skills for themselves are welcome too.
The site explains the strategy and offers 35 selected skill pages organised through ten practical themes. Youth & Skills connects skills with four everyday contexts. The Erasmus+ page explores an optional learning context, while Reference provides terms, sources and methodology.
The strategy and official frameworks come from European institutions. Our practical themes, skill explanations and connections are our interpretation, not an official EU classification. UnionOfSkills.com is independent of the European Commission and European Union.
About Projekta
Projekta works mainly with young people and the people and organisations around them. We develop and deliver practical learning and training focused on critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, participation, digital confidence and entrepreneurial skills and mindset.
Our starting point is practical learning, thoughtful choices and meaningful participation. Entrepreneurial skills and mindset include recognising opportunities, taking initiative and developing ideas that can create value for others.
Our approach includes collaboration with people and organisations across sectors, bringing different perspectives to learning and participation.
We aim to help young people feel confident enough to try and find meaningful ways to contribute.
