02 / Our practical interpretation

From European strategy
to practical skills

Our ten practical themes offer starting points for exploring selected transferable skills: skills people can use across different activities and settings. Individual skills can connect with more than one theme.

These practical themes are UnionOfSkills.com’s way of organising selected skills, not official EU categories or a complete list.

03 / Youth and Projekta’s focus

Learning, participation
and what comes next

Skills can help young people learn, have a voice, adapt to change and find their next steps in life and work.

Opportunities, access and meaningful participation matter too. Our youth focus connects selected skills with these everyday contexts.

Projekta’s focus is youth, skills and practical learning, including entrepreneurial skills and mindset: recognising opportunities, taking initiative and turning ideas into action.

04 / Follow the connections

Explore the skills

Browse practical themes, discover individual skills and follow the connections between them.
